The New Castle Community YMCA holds the best birthday parties in the New Castle and Neshannock Area, because we know how important this day is to your child. We pull out all the stops to exceed your expectations and give your special birthday boy or girl a day they'll never forget!
All birthday party packages include these standard items:
- Set-up and Clean-up
- Birthday table coverings
- One hour in the Party Room
- One hour in the designated Area
Homerun Birthday Party

- One hour on the Turf Field or the Basketball Court
- One hour in the Multi-Purpose Room
- Fees: Members $99 (Non-Members $129)
Grand Slam Birthday Party
Includes standard items listed above
- Utensils, Cups, Napkins & Plates
- Fees: Members $119 (Non-Members $149)
Ultimate Birthday Party
Includes standard items listed above
- Field Supervisor for 1 hour
- Three Pizza Joe's 12-Cut Cheese Pizzas
- Three 2 liter Sodas
- Y-Zone T-shirt for the birthday child
- Fees: Members $149 (Non-Members $179)
Optional Services
- Field Supervisor $15.00/hour
- As an option, if you would like assistance with your sports activity during your party, just let us know. We will provide a YMCA staff team member to run the activity for you.
- Pizza Option $10.00/Pizza
- As a second option, let us order your Pizza Joe's (12-Cut Cheese Pizzas) for you!

Looking for a great affordable place to hold your birthday party...chose the YMCA!! Our indoor pool can accomodate up to 50 kids. This year we moved the birthday parties to take place in our Youth Facory, where the kids can enjoy a variety of table games. Every party includes one hour in the pool and 45 Minutes in the Youth Factory. Call us today and book your party. In order to reserve your date a $50 deposit is due the day of the booking.
