Music is the driving force behind this indoor-cycling program that uses a high performance and fully adjustable stationary, racing bicycle. The fundamental techniques and positions presented have been carefully selected to ensure a safe, fun and effective workout for every student, regardless of fitness level. This non-impact high-energy adventure will take you through hill climbs, sprints, jumps, pacing and interval training, all on your stationary bike.

Spinning - a 45-minute program designed for all levels of abilities. Instructors lead participants through a full program with opportunities to modify each move based on each participant's ability & fitness level.
