In-House Developmental Program

The LC United In-House Developmental soccer programs continue to serve the individual communities by offering players from U6-U10 the ability to develop their soccer skills under a common curriculum designed by our licensed Technical Director of Coaching, while remaining in their community-based locations.  All In-House programs play locally at the Y-Zone.

Players from outside of these communities that wish to participate in the LC United In-House Developmental Program to take advantage of our professional coaching curriculum will be invited to choose the more convenient location.

The IN-HOUSE (Developmental League) is defined as:

A league administered at the local level in which it is recommended that:

1.     The use of tryouts, invitations, recruiting or any like process to roster players selectively to any team on the basis of talent or ability is discouraged;

2.     The league accepts as participants in the league any and all eligible youths (subject to reasonable terms or registration);

3.     A system of rostering players is employed for the purpose of creating a fair or balanced distribution of playing talent among all teams participating; and,

4.     Each player plays at least one-half (1/2) of each game except for reasons of injury, illness or discipline.
