Train 4 Life

Train 4 Life, led by Personal Trainer Heather Headley, is for anyone who wants the accountability of being part of a group with the benefits of personal training.

The station-based workouts are designed for all fitness levels. Program includes a fit test at the beginning and end, as well as, lifestyle and wellness tips to help you develop healthy habits. Cost covers 2 classes per week and 2 fit tests.

HIIT To Get Fit

H.I.I.T. To Get Fit is our newest small group training program. Led by Personal Trainer Collin McIltrot, this 7-week training program will take your fitness to the next level. High Intensity Interval Training helps burn fat and create muscle.

This program is for anyone age 16 & older and will take place at the downtown branch.
