Join the fastest growing fitness craze at the Y - small group training. This training program is for anyone who wants the accountability of being part of a group with the benefits of personal training.

The station-based workouts are designed for all fitness levels. Program includes a fit test at the beginning and end, as well as, lifestyle and wellness tips to help you develop healthy habits. Cost covers 2 classes per week and 2 fit tests.
